LUIS BERNAL
is an editor with over fifteen years of experience developing publishing projects in Mexico and Spain to publishers, museums and cultural institutions. Between 2022 and 2025, he contributed to the creation of books and exhibition catalogues for the Museo Reina Sofía, and since 2017, he has been part of the editorial team at Gris Tormenta, a publishing house dedicated to the art of the essay. He has also provided editorial services for projects with clients such as TBA21–Thyssen-Bornemisza Art Contemporary, the Europalia international arts festival, and Siruela publishing house.

His areas of expertise include editorial project management, developmental and copy editing, writing, research, rights clearance for texts and images, editorial consulting, English–Spanish translation, and content development for art exhibitions.
